Mitchell Interviews CEO, Emergynt on Cybersecurity

There is of course war in the form of military conflict but there are much subtler ones being waged these days such as economic and cyber-wars. For cyber-wars, we gently call it “hacking” but it is war.  And needs to be dealt with as such.  Best of course is to educate people and inculcate the values of peace starting at early ages, but in the meantime, protecting a nation’s businesses and institutions from hacking at this point in time, is just essential. Today’s topic will focus on the serious increase of cyber-attacks and what can and is being done about it.

To discuss this today with Mitchell is CEO of Emergynt, one of the leading cybersecurity firms in the U.S. and arguably, the world, is Ori Lapidot.  Mr. Lapidot is a Strategy, Business Development and Marketing Executive with more than twenty-five years of domestic and international experience generating over $1 Billion in revenues on multiple occasions. With an outstanding record of performance, Ori develops scalable new products, global distribution channels and paradigm-shifting business strategies.  Emergynt has become his next of a series of companies for which he is beginning to drive major revenues while providing a seriously critical service to keep our society’s institutions, even those that are in need of much internal reform, sustainable.   Mitchell was part of the original founding of Emergynt and is intimate with its history and vision.  He takes great pleasure in a consulting/advisory capacity with Ori and now interviewing him so more people can know of the good work of the company with Ori’s leadership.  Knowing what he is doing for the company in particular, and protecting companies and institutions in general across the globe is reason that Mitchell wants to share this good story with his audience.
