Mitchell Rabin Interviews Gen. Colin Powell’s former Chief of Staff Ret. Col. Lawrence Wilkerson

Mitchell interviews Ret. Col. Lawrence Wilkerson, former chief of staff to Secretary of State Colin Powell under President G.W. Bush, on the subject of the Trump Presidency in its more recent iterations which appear to be ‘trumping’ the standing of the U.S. Constitution and Posse Comitatus, not to mention the normal operations of government and standard protocols of the Presidency.  This is Mr. Wilkerson’s second appearance on A Better World Radio.

Wilkerson is the Distinguished Visiting Professor of Government and Public Policy at the nation’s oldest public university, The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he has taught for the past fifteen years. Previously, while serving in the US Army for 31 years, he also taught at the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island and the Marine Corps War College in Quantico, Virginia.  Positions he has held outside teaching include in the military, special assistant to General Colin L. Powell when the General was chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and, in civilian life, chief of staff to Powell when he served as U.S. Secretary of State.
